Hosted by Dr Marjorie O' Neill, MP, Member for Coogee and The Women's Well - Eastern Suburbs (a new initiative that connects local women to support their growth and wellbeing). 

Dr Amanda Beech is a women’s health endocrinologist and obstetric physician at the Royal Hospital for Women and is a Conjoint Senior Lecturer at the UNSW.  She is the Director of the Bone Mineral Density Unit and oversees the Secondary Fracture Prevention service.  Amanda is on the executive committee of the NSW Health Menopause Taskforce and is a co-chair.

In addition to her work in osteoporosis and fracture prevention, Amanda has a particular interest in menopause, with a focus on managing high risk medical menopause and premature ovarian insufficiency.  Her passion is menopause education, and she is currently chairing the MenoECHO online education committee.

Dr John Eden is a certificated reproductive endocrinologist and gynaecologist. He is a Conjoint Associate Professor at The University of New South Wales. He is a visiting medical officer at the Royal Hospital for Women, Sydney, Australia where he is Director of the Sydney Menopause unit. Until recently he worked at the Moree Aboriginal Health Service. He is a member of the Breast Cancer MDT at Prince of Wales Hospital Randwick. John is on the executive committee of the NSW Health Menopause Hub project and is a co-chair.

His research and clinical interests include managing menopause after breast cancer, infertility, early menopause, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), amenorrhoea, osteoporosis, PMDD, hormone replacement therapy as well as herbal medicine. He has also published over 150 scientific publications.
